Together we first establish the feasibility, project objectives and then agree on a business model. We also define the role of all project stakeholders and proceed to a rough cost estimation for each phase.

The goal of this phase is to bring the concept to life. Generally speaking the outcome of this phase is a functional mockup that gives an idea of what the finished product will look like.

Once the mockup is ready, we can focus on a first “sales” phase. We will try to determine whether target audience reception is satisfactory. We will achieve this by using different techniques (i.e. micro launch site,social networking, online advertising etc.).

At this stage, we know the demand is there. We will be looking for some external funding if needed in order to proceed to implementation phase.

We have a very qualified local team but we also call on partners outside Switzerland on a regular basis. On request, we can involve them in projects to reduce costs. They are extremely competent and recognized. We guarantee equal quality to that produced in Switzerland.

Here we usually build a dedicated project team (local or remote) and then conduct an MVP (minimum viable product) on a series of short cycles (2/3 weeks per cycle). Validation by all parties is required at the end of each cycle before starting a new one.

We first set up a hosting infrastructure. Then we package and install / publish the application. Finally we perform a partial / full public opening.

Here we monitor the application for issues. We also fix bugs and implement new features when needed.
